Hardeep co-founded Motif Investing to create an intuitive way to invest in real-world ideas. Motif Investing is an online broker that lets you invest in ideas. The company is changing the face of online investing through an innovative new platform that allows individuals to invest in stock and bond portfolios based around everyday ideas and broad economic trends. This is implemented by creating motif’s that are uniquely weighted by the investor to suit his investment strategies. Motif Investing is a registered broker-dealer and a member of FINRA. He started Motif after spending more than six years in executive positions at Microsoft, including serving as general manager of Microsoft's $2 billion Enterprise-Services business. He was also director of corporate development and strategy, helping to oversee Microsoft's investments and acquisitions. Hardeep began his career as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. He holds a BS in economics and engineering from Yale University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He also holds Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses in the securities industry, is a member of FINRA's Small-Firm Advisory Board and serves on the FINRA Technology Advisory Committee.
