Prognosticating the future tax picture can be a difficult exercise, especially in an election year when candidates are proposing massive overhauls. As accountants and professional advisors, it is our job to evaluate the landscape and help our clients make the best decision with the information we have. We know that based on the country's current debt crisis that taxes will likely increase. On March 14th we will be taking a look at the current tax landscape as well as proposed tax initiatives and how they affect the American people. We will also discuss some proactive tax strategies to help prepare for inevitable tax hikes as well as strategies to help preserve wealth.
