Our speaker for October 14 will be Bob Massi --- local attorney, real estate expert, and legal analyst for Fox News. He hosts a new real estate series on Fox News (9:00 a.m. PST). The half-hour weekend series, “Bob Massi is the Property Man", debuted on July 11. Experts discuss market trends and Massi weighs in with his own perspective on what families and local business owners can do to grapple with crises in the housing market. In a statement, Fox News chairman Roger Ailes said, “Bob Massi will provide our viewers with invaluable insight and expertise on the trends on a constantly shifting real estate market.” We will hear anecdotes from Bob about the show, and gain insights from him about our local and the national real estate markets.
We'll be having a "Guess the Dow" contest to guess the close of the DJIA as of December 31, 2015. The program will be explained, and entries will be accepted, at the September 9 and October 14 meetings. Prizes for the top three guesses will be awarded at the January 6 meeting. Looks like the guessing will be more difficult than ever this year!
